Bridget has been with our family for over 7 years. She specializes in Project Administration, Project Scheduling and Warranty Administration after closing. During construction of your home she works with you organizing and implementing change orders, keeping you updated of the approaching closing date and preparing the final cost analysis for closing. After closing, she implements, organizes and completes our pro-active Warranty Program.

Rick’s 15 year tenure with Pfeifer King is enhanced by his previous construction experience. Together he brings over 35 years of expertise to each home we build. He applies his knowledge to deliver your quality built home on schedule. He accomplishes his commitment to you by managing subcontractors, suppliers and field personnel. During construction, he performs over 20 inspections of your home to maintain expected levels of productivity and quality. This process insures that he can present you a clean and organized project during your walk through with him at predetermined phases of construction and closing.

Accountant
Dennis Wadle

With over 40 years accounting experience and 6 years with our company, Dennis is responsible for all the accounting functions which include accounts payable, disbursements, accounts receivable and cash management. He negotiates preferred rates for business insurance; construction loan costs and insures that we take advantage of prompt payment discounts from our subcontractors and suppliers. These are just a few of the many ways we are constantly using our resources to insure the best possible price for you.

Project, Closing & Warranty Superintendent
Rick Gossman
Rick is the newest member of our team and brings over 30 years of building experience to his craft of making sure that every detail of your home is complete for closing and through the warranty period. He works closely with Bridget to insure that the warranty process is an organized and enjoyable experience. Rick and his red, white and blue service van are very well known throughout the communities in which we build.

Jeff has been applying his design and estimating expertise for over 16 years. He specializes in computer aided design (CAD), while proofing structural designs and calculations and obtaining engineering certification for your plans.

In Memory of Clint Holbrook (1931-2003)
Clint was the senior member of our team with over 55 years of building experience. Clint was an invaluable mentor and teacher for all members of the Pfeifer King family. He will be missed.
